Company Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a Senior Windows Server Engineer to join our Enterprise Infrastructure division. As a Senior Windows Server Engineer, you will work with a highly talented and high performing team to manage and maintain critical areas such as M365, Exchange, EntraID and Active Directory, ensuring robust security, efficient operations, outstanding customer service, and timely issue resolution.
Duties Include:
- M365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Bookings, Stream)
- EntraID integrations (app registrations, Enterprise apps)
- User and group management
- Mailbox provisioning
- Authentication and authorization
- Group Policy Management
- Replication and synchronization
- Security and access control
- Participation in pen testing and security assessments, and after-action hardening activities required
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of hands-on experience with M365 Administration, Exchange, Windows Servers, AD, in a medium to large enterprise environment
- Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale IT projects or initiatives related to Microsoft associated technologies.
- Proven experience in developing technical roadmaps and strategies in alignment with broader IT and organizational goals.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in architecting, designing, implementing, and managing M365 solutions tailored to organizational needs, aligning with IT and business strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD). Proven experience in architecting, planning, and implementing complex AD infrastructures, including forests, domains, trust relationships, and replication topologies. Ability to perform root cause analysis of complex AD-related issues.
- Understanding of PKI (ADCS, Kerberos, Certificates, etc.) in the Microsoft enterprise context
Anticipated hiring range: $95,000- $105,000
