Purpose and Scope: Assist and support Bags and Small Leathergoods technical design process. Job Responsibilities:   • Work with manager to develop new ideas, techniques, materials and applications needed for seasonal collections.   • Provide technical support for all design meetings including design boards and color stories.   • Create all tech packs including sketches and technical drawings for hand-off to Product Development.   • Attend Design and Product Development hand-off meetings.   • Ensure timely completion of all tech packs to meet seasonal and runway sample target dates.   • Advise corrections and maintain updates to tech packs throughout development phase.   • Assist in identifying and resolving sample quality and technical issues with manager.   • Work with Graphics department to develop all stats.   • Resource alternative vendors/ suppliers for trim/ specialty items as needed.   • Build archive library of designs that can be used for reference of development.   • Individual must be open to other projects as necessary. Job Requirements:   • College education degree in Accessories design.   • Minimum 3 years work experience in related profession.   • Ability to establish relations with team members.   • Excellent organizational skills.   • Highly detailed oriented a must.   • Proficient in Excel, Word, Illustrator and Outlook programs.
