Our current goal is to kick the ball out of the playing field when it comes to eCommerce and we are looking for the right players to help us achieve this.
For the Company, eCommerce is a key strategic priority with an ambitious annual sales goal and the overall objective to build a further successful pillar of our commercial business model besides Retail and Wholesale.
As a Site Operations wizard you are responsible for all aspects of content management on our sites by executing campaigns planned by your colleagues in brand, marketing and CRM. You will receive, review and execute requests of our stakeholders while shuffling changes to priorities, timelines and changes around. You are constantly defining new processes and approaches to ensure fast and high quality content delivery and maintenance across our European websites.
Key Responsibilities:
• You take the lead in overall Site Operations. You are the go-to person for any content management related queries. You proactively work on increasing your knowledge of Demandware in order to support inner and outer loop stakeholders.
• You implement brand campaigns in time and review the quality of incoming requests, implement changes to our website and verify the result of your actions.
• You align priorities between requestors by actively managing your queue of incoming requests, defining priorities between requestors and planning your work accordingly.
• You regularly perform reviews of our desktop and mobile sites, identify issues and define a plan to avoid them.
• You constantly monitor web analytics to review the performance of our content and to identify and improve content that is incorrect, outdated or broken.
• You are constantly improving together with our requestors our processes, the responsibilities of our roles, the systems and the communication between all of them.
• You oversee systems; make sure that the systems you work with are functioning in the best possible way for your teams’ working needs.
• Advice in how to improve systems, in technical enhancements & in user friendly enhancements. Getting insights in all systems & keep monitoring if better processes & tools are needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Experienced in Content Management
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Stays cool in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Can-do attitude and still attention to detail
• Consumer focused
• Ability to work in an international team
• Basics in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing Management or System administration
• 1-3 years’ experience with Website Content – Preferably Demandware or other eCommerce platform
