Position Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager, Truck Fleet, will be responsible for growing Fleet business in the trucking segment. This individual will manage and grow existing fleets, acquire For-Hire and Private Fleets and sell in SiriusXM Fleet products and programs. The individual will join a sales, marketing, operations and finance team dedicated to working with new and existing partners to grow the SiriusXM subscription base. This position is ideally suited for an individual that has an extensive background in selling products and services to Fleets with a concentration in the trucking sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acquire, on-board and grow new For Hire and Private Fleets in the trucking segment.
• Manage and grow existing account base by providing solutions for accounts to acquire both radio and service.
• Collaborate with distribution partners in helping them win new Fleet accounts through creative solutions.
• Prospect and develop new business relationships. Actively manage and grow a pipeline of trucking fleet accounts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service. Manage subscription orders and driver programs with corporate accounts. Understand each partner's needs to provide real, effective solutions.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
• Participate in key industry events and exhibits and follow up on leads.
• Guide the implementation of operational capabilities to facilitate the automated provisioning of service trials and subscription management to customers experiencing SiriusXM through this channel.
• Collaborate with other key functions in the company, including Marketing, Finance, Operations and IT.
• Negotiate contracts with strategic partners, large fleets and 3rd party vendors, as directed.
• Create and update marketing presentations and proposals.
• Analyze marketing trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage programs to meet budgeted subscriber and financial targets.
• Organize and track initiatives and provide appropriate status reports/updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• No supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree; preference for degree in marketing (or related subject) or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 5 years of demonstrable experience selling products and services to Fleets with a concentration in Truck Fleets. Active Rolodex in the Truck Fleet market. Strong preference for someone with proven ability in selling subscription-based products and services.

• Strong blend of business development with sales and marketing experience.
• An aptitude for technology, business operations and program management.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to cultivate, negotiate and manage strategic business relationships.
• Strong presentation skills with comfort level of presenting to senior management and business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Domestic travel to business partners and SiriusXM office locations.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
