Senior Marketing Executive (Bobbi Brown) - Singapore Affiliate
Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION
A driven and passionate individual, you will be responsible for initiating and executing of all spectrums of marketing from public relations, digital initiatives, CRM, trade relations and events management for Bobbi Brown.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Marketing
• Ensure Marketing Calendar & brief sheets are updated.
• Launches & mechanics are planned 3 months prior to launch.
• Product forecasting, registration & price maintenance are done promptly.
• Tracking of G&S, PR samples and stocks for new launches.
• Ensure that Marketing Assistant raises ‘shopping carts’ promptly under respective expense lines.
• Responsible for monthly marketing budget reconciliation.
Public Relations (PR)
• Maintaining and updating media list to ensure media contacts are current.
• Maintain and update PR comms calendar.
• Attending and responding to media enquiries and requests on products, services and press releases in a timely manner.
• Engage with media, celebrity Makeup Artists and influencers/KOLs on a regular basis.
• Track and compile monthly media coverage and tabulate media ROI.
• Work with Brand Manager for timely dissemination of PR kits.
• Plan & discuss with Brand Manager and execute media events.
Digital Management
• Plan and update digital calendar for FB on monthly basis and to work 1 month prior to FB launch.
• Work with Marketing Assistant in maintaining updates and queries on Facebook with engaging feeds and fans’ queries.
• Work with Marketing Assistant to track digital responses, bloggers' review & write-up and marketing campaign results.
• Work with Marketing Assistant for website refresh and update.
Customer Relation Management (CRM)
• Manage customer loyalty / birthday programs, prepare monthly birthday mailers & mail-out, gifts, answering customer service issues pertaining to rewards program.
• Coordinate and execute development of all communications materials such as special launches and points reminder.
• Track CRM response, results and prepare reports pertaining to capture rate, birthday program response rates and redemption rates.
• Utilize analytics tools to support product launches, events and other special promotions.
• Track competitors’ activities with loyalty program on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure database is updated regularly and accurately.
Trade Marketing & Partnership
• Work closely with all retailers on store and launch events/mechanics.
• Solicit third party collaborations e.g. corporate workshops + brand initiatives to drive recruitment.
Website Management
• Responsible for the maintenance and development of local contents brand website.
• Work with advertising agency and New York online team to execute other digital platforms such as Facebook and microsites.
Pricing
• Collate information on competitors’ pricing, recommend new product pricing base on NY guideline and regional pricing harmony, for Marketing Manager and Brand General Manager to make pricing decisions.
• Periodically review regional pricing.
• Price list maintenance.
• Price new products to maintain COG to brand guideline, taking into account global recommended pricing and local market competitive pricing.
Budget
• Assist in budget & VFB planning processes.
• Accurately update all expenses incurred for monthly P&L meeting and estimate submission on time.
• Keep strict control over cost through monthly review of Expenses reports with Finance Department.
• Supervise and ensure that all A & P shopping carts raised in a timely manner and reconciled to budget or latest estimates.
Special Events
• Responsible for all communications materials for events – mailers, invitations, brochures, EDM, SMS and display.
• Responsible for all event set-up, liaison with relevant vendors and retailers to ensure all event logistics are performed.
• Ensure that Marketing Assistant does timely charge-out and track all items required for events and workshops such as collaterals, hygiene tools, testers, samples, gifts, etc.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENT
• Tertiary educational in Marketing, or minimum Diploma in Marketing is preferred.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, able to interact with all levels.
• PR savvy and creative individual.
• Min. 2-3 years working experience in marketing and/or CRM. Preferably has worked in a fast-pace retail/sales company.
• IT savvy and good working knowledge of digital landscape.
• Good sense of responsibilities, able to work independently.
• Well groomed, energetic, dynamic, and passionate.
• Analytical and enjoys working with numbers.
