Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a team of statement design analysts for the ICOMS and CSG billing systems. Position is responsible for developing and maintaining the methods and processes for the testing and execution of statement design, statement changes, and statement messaging for all residential and commercial customers. The senior manager is also responsible for the management of Business Request Form (BRFs) and BDS documents related to statement projects or change requests. Job requires management of multiple projects at one time on a consistent basis. Position includes communicating at all levels within the IT billing organization and other departments, and with external vendors and contractors who provide services for statement processing, printing and other statement-related services. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates’ assignments accordingly. Reviews objectives to determine success, and conducts regular performance reviews for all direct reports.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Manage a team of technical statement design analysts
2. Meet with and participate in meetings related to statement design for new product launches and system changes.
3. Advises on methods to improve business processes and changes to statement presentation.
4. Manage BRF & BRD requests that apply to any changes made in the Billing system as it relates to statement design changes, statement messaging, additions/changes to existing design, etc.
5. Ensure compliance of all audit requirements that are related to statement presentation and messaging.
6. Assures timely completion of all assigned projects, and that the results are of a consistently high quality that meet the business needs
7. Work closely with the support teams to ensure that statement configuration changes input to the billing system are implemented as approved.
8. Research and resolve requests (tickets) from end users and market representatives that relate to statement issues.
9. Works cooperatively with other department resources to accomplish objectives.
10. Interact and communicate effectively with IT and other Charter departments and at all levels within the company.
11. Perform other duties as requested or assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years supervisory experience with technically-oriented team members
2. 8 – 10 Years’ experience of billing system configuration experience preferred.
3. 5 – 10 years’ experience related to database reporting tools, queries, SQL and Microsoft Office products.
4. Working knowledge of process management.
5. Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations.
6. Must have well-established business knowledge of both the industry and the company.
7. Strong communications skills.

6. Must possess excellent proofreading skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.B.A.) in IT, Finance or related field is preferred from four-year College or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
