The Senior Manager, Human Resources will support our HR operations function within Company's Original Productions across both Film and Television. Reporting into the Vice President of Talent and partnering closely with Employee Services, Labor Relations, Business Affairs, Production Finance and Legal. We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of HR experience within a production or studio environment.
In this role, you will:
• Field and answer questions related to employment; including benefits, payroll, onboarding, policies, compliance, workers comp
• Conduct investigations related to workplace fraud, harassment, discrimination and safety
• Work closely with Labor Relations on union related matters; including grievances and terminations
• Partner with internal groups on cross-functional projects, and sync practices across teams to maximize efficiency
• Partner closely with production executives on recruitment and onboarding of talent
• Manage all employee relations matters within production
• Partner with legal and production executives to address any performance management issues, development, and resolutions for non-union employees
• Work with internal teams towards the advancement of technology in the production office, particularly relating to the collection and maintenance of employment data

• Invite and promote constructive and ongoing feedback
Requirements:
• Knowledge of safety requirements and training; including DOT, OSHA, union requirements
• Knowledge of production benefits landscape, including competitive offerings and requirements
• Ability to travel both domestic and international
• Thorough knowledge of Labor Relations laws and Union guidelines
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions
