Company is looking for a talented marketer who can create the sales materials that make our products shine and help our sales team continue to knock it out of the park. Key Responsibilities:
• Create new slides, decks, storylines (lyrics), to creatively address sales objections and package new product offerings when we have them to increase new sales conversion for SMB sales team, optimize on an ongoing basis
• Create new slides, decks, storylines (lyrics) to support account team upselling existing pros to increase add-on revenue, and optimize on an ongoing basis
• Work closely with the sales and training teams to ensure sales and account teams have proper training materials to be effective, conduct training as needed for new product offerings
• Be a trusted partner to the product team. Relay customer, sales and market insights, including segmentation data, to help inform product roadmap decisions and strategy.
Requirements:
• 8+ years experience
• Compelling Storyteller: Passionate about engaging and educating customers by delivering a compelling message through deep understanding of users’ met and unmet needs
• Superior writing and editing skills, critical eye for detail
• Experience designing sales collateral from scratch based on sales conversations, sales calls, product interviews, user interviews, market research, and your own experience
• Demonstrated experience developing positioning and messaging for products that serve multiple use cases and personas
• Ability to work with and have respect of senior sales team members
• Experienced with Powerpoint, facility with design tools a plus
• At home in a high-paced, intense but informal start-up environment
