Purpose
Strategically orchestrate and drive priority brand projects within the Team Services group.
Provide infrastructure, guidance, mindset and capabilities to implement the following critical market specific projects:
1. Win the Locker room: USTS and Project Authenticate
2. Win the Locker Room: Create MOPS roadmaps for USTS (Team, NCAA, Licensed) as it relates to PROJECT MODERNIZE
3. Global Team Services: Facilitate the global front end tool into backend operations delivering best in class service for USTS
Key Responsibilities
• Manages & lead multiple projects (focus on Authenticate, Modernize, and USTS) and assignments (cross-functional and multi-disciplinary), serving in a project leadership capacity.
• Develops project schedules, and determines project team resources needed.
• Continuously monitors progress and metrics. Takes corrective actions that ensure successful achievement of project goals, including mitigation plans.
• Keeps key stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and barriers.
• Provides presentations to support strategic initiatives and implementation plans.
• Manage complex cross-functional alignment of key processes / roles & responsibility for Commercial Input Merchandising, Go-To-Market (GTM), Brand and Sports-Marketing for specified projects
• Coordinate calendar management (communication and systems) for key strategic projects within the Team Services structure
• Drive/ lead complex cross-functional projects as empowered by Line Management
• Lead and effectively organize/ execute major milestone meetings around key deliverables

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Best-in-class project management skills
• Experienced Manager with strong interpersonal skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation) and deep cross functional process knowledge
• Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Strong end-to-end/ solution oriented understanding

• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
1. MBA preferred, University degree or equivalent education required.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in job or job function.
3. Strong Business Process Management/ Logistics experience.
4. People management experience required
5. Excellent Project Management Skills
6. Excellent presentation skills
7. Fluent in English (writing and verbal)
8. First leadership experience is an advantage
9. IT skills: Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced
