The Company Marketing Team builds and supports the Company brand and business, and the brand and businesses of our partners, by leveraging and expressing customer insight through all Company touch points and external media in a way that builds the Company community, drives preference and action, and attracts and retains customers.
A Day in the Life
The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for the strategy development and execution of designated cross-platform events and priority initiatives. This person is the liaison for all aspects of communication, planning, and execution including external partner relations as needed. The Sr. Manager will work closely with departments across Company to identify areas of opportunity to increase brand awareness, build the customer file and grow sales – either within planned events or in creating new ones. Utilizing this information, they will create comprehensive marketing plans to achieve the desired goals and oversee execution of these plans. The Sr. Manager will also conduct a post-analysis of the campaign including any compliance reporting necessary for external partner agreements.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Company key initiatives which include sales events, marketing campaigns and promotional programs for marketing partners
• Champion and enhance the Company brand and brand promises across all channels of communication
• Develop long-term objectives (3-5 years) for major initiatives and the path to achieving these goals within Company and externally
• Lead cross-functional execution teams across TV, digital, merchandise, marketing and creative to ensure campaign deliverables are briefed and completed
• Manage timelines and overall project plan holding team members accountable
• Analyze sales data and other key metrics to gain insight on opportunities and ways to apply learnings to continuously improve marketing performance
• Present plans to senior leadership to gain alignment
• Establish, maintain and grow collaborative relationships throughout organization
• Motivate teams to think bigger and solve dynamic problems
• Act as a strong, team-oriented leader within the Integrated Marketing team with the possibility of managing direct reports

Must Haves
• BA Degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years marketing experience
• Able to work under minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
• Able to think both globally/strategically and be detailed-oriented for flawless execution
• Must be flexible and adaptable as projects and priorities shift
• Excellent project management, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop long-term collaborative relationships both internally and externally
• Advanced level knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must haves"
Nice to Haves
• 8 + years marketing experience
• Experience in retail and/or media industries preferred
• Knowledge of merchandising financials and metrics preferred
• Leadership experience and managing direct reports preferred
• MBA degree
