Purpose & Impact on Organization:
Digital Brand Commerce creates the digital future by delivering a premium digital experience centered around our consumers. The aspiration is to define and build the global ecosystem empowering BU’s and Markets by providing a consistent digital strategy, direction and capabilities, leading all one seamless experience across all digital touch points. This role is key to the successful adoption, development and implementation in-market of the global Consumer Experience strategies and seasonal plans. The role is integral to creating strategic consumer engagement ideas and has the category and consumer understanding as well as knowledge in digital communication to write and execute the highly structured engagement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• In partnership with the Market team, translates the Global Brand Consumer Engagement strategies into a Market Consumer Engagement strategy and convert this strategy into seasonal execution plans, an integral part of the overall Digital seasonal execution plans, based on Global and Market, Consumer and Digital Brand Commerce objectives.
• Collaborates with the Market team to define and deliver all elements of the Market Consumer Engagement seasonal plans, including contact strategies, campaigns, programs, services and global toolkits.
• Partners with the CEM Activation team to ensure that the CEM toolkits are developed in line with Market requirements.
• Partners with the Digital Content team to identify relevant and inspiring supporting content to support the execution in-market of the seasonal plan.
• Provides Consumer Engagement strategic counsel to the Market team and provide support during the implementation of the seasonal plan, including Consumer Engagement integration into local Brand campaigns, maximizing every opportunity to capture consumer data e.g. product launch campaigns, brand campaigns, etc.
• Acts as the Market point person for all Global Brand communities. Lead and drive the in-market Global Brand communities approach and incorporate into the Consumer Engagement seasonal plans.
• Acts as a stakeholder to Digital Analytics & SEO/SEM for Market Global Brand segmentation
• Delivers against Global Brand and Market Consumer Engagement KPIS and ensure Market Consumer Engagement seasonal plans are optimized based on results and insights.
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:
• 5-8 years of CRM experience (agency or client)
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or client)
• Demonstrable knowledge of CRM software
• Demonstrable knowledge of CRM data management processes and data protection principles
• Experience of working in an international team
• Results-driven and process focused with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong project and time management skills
• Passionate about CRM with strong English communications skills, written and verbal
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
Qualifications:
1. University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
2. 5+ years of CRM Experience (agency or client)
