Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
responsible for managing and developing merchandising plans for key promotion events on eCommerce platforms including 6.18, 11.11, 12.12 and the super brand day
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for range architecture and selection of ‘what product the consumer sees’ for the special events
• Internal alignment & coordination with key stakeholders to ensure timely POs submission and efficiently launch products
• Manage merchandizing operations: to follow up on the ARRIVAL of the stock, and manage MARKDOWN
• Deliver financial and range efficiency targets i.e OTB, net sales, Sell-through, category shares, Stock-turn, and Net margin targets
• Win on 4 KEY DAYS with competitive offer, price and availability
• Document all activations by monitoring results vs Objectives/KPI with support of Business intelligence team
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:
• Minimum 7+ year experience in product marketing, range management & merchandising preferably with a background in sporting goods.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
