Senior Manager Personalisation eCommerce
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
• Define the strategy and vision for the personalization business
• Translate the strategy and vision into a project roadmap with clear deliverables
• Drive the implementation of a new business model relevant for direct to consumer business
• Increase the sales of inline products for eCommerce by offering a USP on our eShop
• Positively impact Average Order Value metrics for eCommerce and reduce return rates by actively driving the implementation of personalization and enhancing the business model
• Offer innovative solutions on our eShop to drive incremental sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the Personalization service on a seasonal basis for relevant product/sports categories
• Monitor sell through rate and ensure it is in line with budget
• Build and manage a team to drive the business. Grow the team in alignment with the growth of the business
• Manage relationship with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate the best service and price for the personalization business
• Budget and invoicing responsibility for all third party vendors providing a service for personalization
• Analyze the business by implementing and tracking relevant KPI’s/metrics for this model. Drive enhancement based on findings
• Act as an expert to drive the implementation of the service for new product/sports categories and have the team support on any implementation required
• Act as an expert to drive the implementation of the service for new eCommerce markets
• Facilitate meetings with marketing activation team and merchandising team to promote the business and drive sales and awareness
• Key contact to GOPS for planning and forecasting the business and ensure the plan is aligned with CDC for securing SLA’s toward our end consumers
• Investigate new opportunities/innovation and build business case to validate future business opportunities for personalization together with the team
• Responsible for strategic roadmap development
Key Relationships:
• Merchandising team eCom Europe for range selection and validation
• Activation team eCom Europe to promote the service of personalization and drive incremental sales
• Demand planning eCom Europe to plan capacities and stock buy for flocking material
• GOPS for product testing and
• Infosys for digital product set-up
• IT to drive the implementation of new requirements and
• BU’s
• Markets
• HR
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Project management and project monitoring experience
• Flexibility to handle multiple projects with tough timelines and changing scope
• Feel comfortable with working in an international environment.
• Good understanding of technical and business eCommerce projects.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• People manager and able to lead a team
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in information technology or business administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a consumer direct channel
• Team management experience
