The Senior Manager, Device and Partner Marketing will be a crucial part of the marketing and distribution team. You will manage the day-to-day with various device partners - Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Roku, and more - and work to cultivate new relationships that will drive the Seeso business forward. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Product, Content, and Ops. This role will require you to think strategically to establish new partnerships and work tirelessly to maintain and grow existing relationships. To be successful in this role, you will have to be a thoughtful communicator, have excellent relationship management, and be able to execute meticulously.
This Senior manager will report to the Director of Consumer & Partner Marketing and will be based out of the Seeso Los Angeles office. Traveling is part of the job and will be expected.
Job Requirements
Content Marketing - Solid understanding of the content and entertainment space with in-depth customer acquisition creative, video execution, media, advertising, digital and retail marketing experience.
Relationship Management - Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with partners and Develop and distribute partner marketing assets.
Relationship Management - Activate deals by developing and launching creative partner marketing programs that promote Seeso content and prove to be mutually beneficial for Seeso and partners.
New Business - Search relentlessly for new business opportunities that either drive subscriber acquisition or the promotion of the Seeso brand and content.
Internal Collaboration - Establish and harness collaborative cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders on the Product, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Finance and Content teams to help execute partnership requirements and deliver on business objectives
Analysis - Conduct reporting and data analysis to analyze partner performance, identify potential opportunities and provide key requirements to technical teams to establish relevant partner tracking mechanisms.
Analysis - Monitor, analyze and report on competitive marketing campaigns to enhance Seeso’s presence and remain competitive in an increasingly saturated market.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications
Experience working with Entertainment properties (movies, tv series, video games, music, etc) is a plus with a deep understanding of customer acquisition and content marketing.
Intimate knowledge of Consumer Electronics/ISP's/MVPDs and what drives growth with our partners.
Strong partner engagement skills with the ability to develop relationships, and maximize existing partner channels
Experience and passion for building great partner marketing programs that are unique and scalable.
Natural partner engagement skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established partner relationships to programs that impact the business.
Deep technical and digital platform knowledge.
Ability to prioritize, identify problems, quickly devise feasible solution options, disseminate the appropriate information to relevant stakeholders and ultimately bring about timely resolution.
Excellent communication skills with an effortless ability to tailor messages for both business and technical audiences; comfort in addressing informal team meetings and delivering prepared presentations to executives/external audiences.
