JOB DESCRIPTION
SR. MANAGER – Ecommerce (Individual Contributor)
Regional Lead - Customer Acquisition and Retention
Direct Reporting to: Sr. Director – Ecommerce, AMA & Dotted Line Reporting to: Vice President – Marketing, AMA
Key responsibilities:
• Develop deep understanding of Company website & Company website customers regionally.
• Develop demand gen strategies focused on increasing retention and repeat visits in each key market. Deliver high quality traffic to the sites through all media vehicles (Paid, Owned & Earned) to support growth targets.
• Work with agencies to optimize demand gen spends across all media vehicles and ROI for all key markets and manage execution.
• Design email marketing campaigns in all key markets. Collaborate with Site Merchandizing teams to execute these campaigns.
• Design Customer Relationship Management program which will support all key markets incl. Online & offline channels in close collaboration with brand marketing team.
• Develop and implement pilots, oversee CRM program development and rollout in all key markets across both Online & Offline channels.
• Develop a program to jointly leverage traffic and drive sales through cross-affiliate programs.
• Work with Company website customers and serve as an eCommerce subject matter expert to senior wholesale customer leadership to optimize customer acquisition and retention through SEO/SEM spend and email marketing campaigns.
• Be the bridge with Global Digital Marketing team to bring in best practices to the region & vice-versa
KPI¹s
• Growth in customer traffic to our sites regionally
• Sales targets for Regional Ecommerce business (to achieve over 3x growth in 4 years)
• Return on investment of advertising and promotional spend (ROAS, MOAS)
• Membership Growth YoY of Levi’s CRM / Loyalty program
• Retention Rate & Lifetime Value of Customers in Loyalty Program
Experience and Education:
• 10-12 years’ experience, of which 5 or more years (most recent) must be in a proven leadership role with demonstrated success in a Direct-to-Consumer business.
• Relevant experience in managing Digital Marketing, CRM & Loyalty activities is a must.
• Preferred industry background is Retail, CPG, Ecommerce Wholesale.
• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
• Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
• Experience working with Marketing Automation Solutions, Managing CRM vendors.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in a matrix organization
• Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to effectively build and manage relationships.
