Summary
Company Wifi - Senior Manager, B2B Marketing
Company WiFi is looking for a motivated and energetic Senior Manager, Marketing to own the customer journey, from awareness to purchase. You will own all lead generation campaigns from planning to execution and will continuously be innovating across marketing platforms. Your collaborators will include industry leaders, our content / product teams, and cross-functional partners.
This role, equal parts analytical and strategic, is your opportunity to make an outsized impact by getting in on the ground floor of Company WiFi (FKA Turnstyle), a startup within Company. Our mission is to help great local businesses connect with their customers through WiFi.
Responsibilities:
• Be the brick and mortar marketing expert – understand Company WiFi’s customers: who they are, what they need, how they buy, why they buy and how Company WiFi can help them achieve their goals.
• Define, execute, and iterate a multi-channel marketing plan driven by data to grow Company WiFi’s footprint (including online and offline channels)
• Create a product marketing and retention marketing strategy and implement in partnership with product managers.
• Rigorously optimize what’s working well and relentlessly experiment with opportunities to accelerate new customer Company websitest leads, spend and growth with accuracy.
• Hire, manage and develop a team to take advantage of opportunities you prove to be effective.
Requirements:
• Driven by an ownership mentality to solve challenges individually and with teams.
• Execution-oriented as evidenced by prioritizing speed/action to deliver results.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong analytic skills and proficiency in Spreadsheets.
• Creative writing skills to develop strong headlines, as well as optimize content and assets.
• Proven track record of running paid media on Google and Facebook; experience with paid YouTube and Instagram a plus.5 to 8 years of online and/or SaaS marketing experience with at least one year of B2B or SMB marketing experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot a big plus.
• College degree required
• Quantitative degree a plus (e.g. statistics, business, economics, MBA).
