PURPOSE
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Key Account Sales Team as the Senior Manager, Super Retail Group (SRG) reporting to the Director Key Accounts and Fashion. Your purpose will be to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the SRG Account, the largest key account within Australia, and categories while respecting the image of the Company brands.
Key Accountabilities and Tasks
• Net sales of SRG
• Cost center budget and sales working budget.
• Receivables.
• To represent SRG internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces.
• To develop and propose the account strategies, formalize them by Strategic Account Plans.
• To sell in in and agree on sell out support and formalize this by Account Marketing Plans.
• To monitor sell out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost efficient supply for the account.
• To support negotiation and enforcement of Company trade terms.
• To ensure customer compliance with agreements.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, pro-active and be driven by a passion for sales with the ability to work autonomously.
• You will have a strong and demonstrable professional sales background in a similar industry or FMCG, strong account management exposure and sound negotiation and analysis skills. Industry specific experience will be highly regarded.
• Leadership - > 2 years’ experience.
• Functional - > 4 years sales as KAM or in the Field.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in business with marketing and sales focus.
