Integrated Senior Project Manager
The Integrated Senior Project Manager is a core function within the project management team. It is a leadership role focusing on multi-channel planning and delivery, responsible to collaborate with discipline leads across Company’s capabilities to develop complex integrated work plans (scope, timing and resources), and will successfully lead the execution of agency services across long-term client engagements. In this role, they will support project managers, digital producers, and channel specialists in the production of various tactics to support client marketing activities and campaigns.
The Integrated Senior Project Manager will support strategic planning, creative development and production at Company across various channels (print, digital, TV, mobile) through multiple stages of development -- brand positioning/ conceptual development/content development/design/pre-production/execution/quality assurance including editorial support, and client feedback. This role is critical to the successful performance of each team member as they will closely manage the business health and immediately address any risks related to scope or timing changes, resource constraints, and solve for issues planned or unplanned. He/she will work with agency account and PM teams to ensure appropriate project intake and setup which will drive successful execution, and also help foster ongoing positive employee engagement. He/she will also mitigate all business risks through triage, dialog and direct collaboration with stakeholders as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Multi-channel, tactical planning and business roadmap development
• Scope definition and management, work breakdown, third part engagement
• Short and long term work forecast, capacity planning, change management
• Enforce procedures for project intake, planning, quality assurance, release
• Assess and mitigate risks including internal/client issues
• Project management team support and leadership
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years advertising agency, project management experience, including extensive integrated production experience (Video, Print, Digital)
• Intelligent with insight and ability to see the bigger picture
• Proficiency in scope planning, resource management, quality control
• Eager to capitalize on opportunities and solve for issues
• Confident, and drives accountability and consensus
• Excellent listening & communications skills, highly skilled collaborator
