Based in London in this role you will have the opportunity to help maintain and improve Health and Wellness benefits. You will support local benefits for the EMEA region; however you may also be provided with opportunities to participate in global projects that impact all regional locations.
This is an opportunity to further grow your expertise in Health and Wellness benefits across 42 EMEA Countries.
In the role you will be given the chance to drive meaningful contribution to how benefits are run and managed at Company. You will get strong exposure to all business areas, and interaction with senior-level colleagues and candidates internationally.
We’ll trust you to:
Take on ownership of all Healthcare plans across the EMEA region, Family /Life benefits such as Child Care Vouchers, Eye-care vouchers, Back-up Child Care, Employee Assistance Program, Cycle Scheme and all on-site vendor including on-site nurse, physio and Occupational Health.
In the role you will be accountable for the day to day running of the above benefits including:
• Having strategic oversight of:
• the compliance and & competitiveness of the benefits
• funding the benefit (Fully insured, hybrid, self-insured)
• opportunities to innovate, disrupt, improve employee experience
• Smart spending
• Take ownership of end to end process of implementing a new benefit, changing vendors, changing plan design
• Annual vendor negotiations and renewal process
• Partnering with our Sharing Services team, our Benefit Operations team and Vendors to ensure seamless end to end processing, including smooth on-boarding and off boarding processes
• Being the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex queries relating to the Medical plans
• Accountable for payment of vendors (POs & invoices)
• Develop understanding of retirement plans to be able to support the broader the team
You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience and knowledge of corporate benefit program administration and implementation
• Ability to run, understand, and analyze reports to determine process and system impact at a transactional level
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile data, assess trends, and identify opportunities with respect to both plan design and process.
• Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, under pressure with frequent deadlines
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc…)
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others and also execute key deliverables
• Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships across different internal groups and stakeholders
