Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• Establish and measure Brand leadership in the key cities with targeted cross-function brand activation plans.
• Overall responsible for 23 key cities attack in GCA market to drive brand KPI and enduring commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Key City - Shanghai (one of 6 global key cities), and other 22 key cities in GCA market to ensure our brand presence in the best possible manners
• Facilitate execution of Global Brand Activation plans across functions and ensure brand excellence and ROI.
• Represent brand knowledge and expertise over the key cities consumers, customers, partners and competitors.
• Lead the key cities activation planning with cross functional team in brands, channels organization in align with global direction and local annual activation calendar
• Execute key cities activations plans with supports from cross functional team;
• Create and execute additional initiatives to reinforce brand leadership, as needed.
• Provide key city performance reporting to Brand Activation leads;
• Review strategies and competitive landscape to recommend improvement and input into the development of plans.
• Establish a high performance culture and drive employee engagement, leading by example.
• Provide a suitable performance framework for direct reports by setting SMART performance targets and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Identify and develop high-potential talents, to fuel the team's succession plan.
KPIs
• Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Net Promoter Score, Spontaneous purchase intent, etc.)
• Execution excellence in brand concepts/stories
• Market share in key cities
• Share of voice in key cities

• Omni-channel retail marketing team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
• Fluent in English
• Mandarin will be an advantage
• Strategically minded with strong executional abilities
• Excellent presentation skills

• Strong ability to collaborate with cross function team
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Business, or equivalent professional experience, ideally with Marketing and Sales experience.
• 10 years+ of broad commercial / brand management experience, with a distinct track record of success and high level of knowledge in brand activation area;
• 10 years+ of leading and managing a diverse team (remote management)
• Passion for sports
