What we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced product manager to help lead Digital Markets’ core monetization products and infrastructure. This role will drive evolution of product strategy in our lead generation business, and will be responsible for delivering a world-class set of tools to the software companies that partner with us to help fuel their business. This is a pivotal position, and will require mastery of the product management skillset, passion for excellence in execution, and a keen, strategic mind that flourishes in the face of multifaceted problems. This role sits within an entrepreneurial team that provides many opportunities for professional growth.
Why you’ll want to come to work:
- Develop and champion a product vision for our core monetization products and infrastructure
- Conduct market and customer research to assess viability of new products and features
- Build, prioritize, and communicate data-driven product roadmaps
- Work closely with product, design and engineering colleagues to build and advance products
- Lead cross-functional teams to bring developed products to market and ensure commercial success
- Establish and report upon quantitative and qualitative success measures for product line
What you’ll bring to the team:
Must have:
- Bachelors degree, advanced degree preferred
- 5+ of product management experience in a B2B setting
- Familiarity with online ad auctions a plus
- Mastery of core product management skillset, including development of a product roadmap, solution ideation, requirements definition, and go-to-market activities
- Experience building data-driven, analytics-based products and ability to converse effectively with data scientists on technical subjects
- Capacity to successfully manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently
- Experience working with mid- and senior-level executives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team skills
- Prior management experience a plus
- Verbal English skills (we work in English!)
