You will be responsible for the strategic direction setting for media and/or creative teams, harnessing the power of data to provide integrated marketing communications solutions to clients. The role will entail a mix of day-to-day client management and new business development, as well as local servicing and regional exposure and support.

Job Description:
In this role, your goals will be:
- Leading integrated audience and channel management to guide media and creative recommendations
- Bringing innovative and creative ideas through the use of media and technology into brand strategy and idea development
- Evolving use of measurement systems to provide greater insight into ROI of media plans with a focus to deliver on agreed KPIs
- Mastering multiple tools and platforms to deliver the best communication journeys, platform roles, and creative ways in based on a thorough understanding of the client brief
- Helping in commercializing multiple business solutions through consultancy, research, and value-added work on top of the current media and creative scope
Day to Day Job Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Has the overall responsibility for crafting strategic media and creative deliverables that leverage innovative insights into the overall brand/customer experience (Consumers/Culture, Company/Brand, Competitors, Category, Channels, and Capabilities); mentors and trains others in the same pursuits
- Acts as a catalyst to media, creative, PR, promotions, activation, digital, UX and technology teams in seeking out new ways to add value to the brand experience and in identifying future opportunities
- Demonstrates the maturity and leadership skills to become a key lead in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary cross-agency team
- Leverages data and insights to write inspiring strategic deliverables and lead team briefings with little supervision
- Knowledge and proficiency in analytics platforms (intermediate Excel, Global Web Index, Nielsen CMV, or any similar platforms)
- Has built strong relationships with middle level marketing clients and has earned their trust and respect
- Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish
- Pro-actively seeks out opportunities to make the work better
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in developing and implementing various marketing communications strategies
- Experience in managing both media and creative client briefs
- An independent, self-driven and responsible individual, with multi-tasking and decision making
- Significant proven experience of working with multiple stakeholder specializations (e.g., business, strategy, creative, media, PR, activations, promotions, recerarch)
- Detailed awareness of the digital industry, industry trends, consumer trends, market status and competition
- A depth of understanding of consumer motivations, attitudes, and beliefs
- High proficiency on data analytics and insighting
- A hunger to learn and embrace the new frontier of the industry
