Requirements
• 5+ years in a nationally recognized studio, agency or retailer.
• Experience in floral, home accessories, and food photography a plus but not required
• Advanced experience with the Adobe suite of products
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines associates with design and photography

You are:
• Thoroughly conversant in product photography art direction and photo editing: creating seasonal style guides, providing on-set direction as it pertains to propping, environments and general composition, pulling swipeand identifying new ideas for future shoots.
• Highly skilled in graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, information hierarchy and color theory.
• An accomplished collaborator both on set and off, working with a small team of photographers, stylists and production artists to create photography that achieves business goals and objectives without sacrificing a high aesthetic value and core brand attributes.
• Well-organized and able to thrive in deadline-driven environment. You have the experience necessary to actively participate in the planning of daily and weekly shot lists, with an eye towards efficiency and adherence to shot counts.
• Experiencedin the post-production side of digital photography: making selects, defining crops, compositing and retouching.
You can:
• Work with the Creative Director to establish and implement seasonal style guides that reflect overall marketing initiatives.
• Move easily among the needs of various stake-holders and partner with the heads of Product Development, Merchandising and Marketing teams. Present new photography, internalize feedback and obtain timely approvals.
• Direct all other photography, which can include both video and editorial needs.
