Job Description:
Involved in monthly consolidations of P&L & Balance Sheets for management reporting and external SEC reporting requirements.
Involved in the compilation of the quarterly reporting supporting book.
Consolidation of Budgets & Forecasts.
Organize and manage the compilation and issuance of monthly Forecast packages
and annual Budget package.
Preparing analyses of specific P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
Performance of Intercompany eliminations for P&L for Actuals and Forecasts, for B/S on Actuals.
Interacting with divisional contacts regarding questions on submitted results.
Providing SEC reporting group with P&L results.
Assist in SEC footnote requirements for the Form 10Q & 10K filings.
Assist in the filings of the 11-K and pension plan financials.
Involved in various Financial Reporting special/ad-hoc projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years work experience, including a minimum of 2 years public accounting experience.
Major in Accounting
Ability to multi-task, prioritize accordingly and work well under tight deadlines.
Ability to handle very detailed work with extreme accuracy.
Excellent documenting skills.
Good understanding of accounting principles and how to apply them.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Very strong knowledge of Excel.
CPA license Preferred
