This individual will be responsible for performing trend analysis on various products and applications to ensure optimal performance. Primary subject matter expert supporting Operations in all processes related to ACH, ARP, Account Analysis, RPA and other products/services as needed
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of commercial and business banking systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost reductions and client experience.
- Identify training needs for redesigned &/or new processes and applications.
- Create training material to be used for internal Ops colleagues as well as the LOB.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and prioritize initiatives, including new products, process enhancement or system improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and test plans to support commercial and business banking initiatives.
- Work closely with Ops team, Commercial and Business Banking leaders to ensure all written procedures exist and are periodically reviewed and updated for the team to operate and support the LOB effectively.
- Assist in reviewing and communicating the impact of system enhancements, upgrades, and releases to the team.
- Escalate and track department technology issues for resolution.
- Provide support on projects and special initiatives.
Education, Experience & Skill:
- For this position, you must have at least 7+ years of experience in Financial Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
- Experience with FISERV tools like Signature, Account Analysis, RPA, Exceptions Navigator, and Nautilus preferred
- Strong project management skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
