Responsibilities:
Translate union rules into current scheduling application.
Create and maintain user security.
Analyze report data.
Create employee and facility services.
Interpret report requests in order to extract appropriate data.
Train new groups coming onto scheduling application.
Ability to understand show approved scheduled data is translated to pay data in related systems.
Provide appropriate workarounds for specific business practices.
Work closely with IT team in developing new scheduling features and break/fix.
Respond promptly to emails and telephone inquiries.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
Significant hands-on experience in internal/external scheduling, payroll and labor distribution.
Complete understanding of activity types and how it drives labor distribution.
Comprehensive understanding of Union Contacts as they relate to current scheduling and pay.
Strong customer service skills.
Problem solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Eligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics
Prior media experience is a plus.
Prior experience in building and maintaining a scheduling application is a plus.
