Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
A staff position is needed in our Centralized Scheduling Department. This position reports to the Supervisor, Central Resource Scheduling for our Media Operations Group (MOG). The Scheduler will work closely with all On-Air operations teams.
Duties will include:
Manage Staffing for over 100 On-Air employees in our 24/7 operation across multiple rooms, resources and live events for News & Entertainment and Sports operations.
Help to maintain the daily schedule for the On Air environment. Work closely with the On Air team to ensure that all services are staffed appropriately and efficiently on a daily basis.
Analyze and create weekly staff-tracking reports and summaries for On Air operations Executive level review.
Analyze resources and event schedules to provide efficient staffing strategies for On Air operation.
Provide weekend support
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience working in a role that required multi-tasking in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
Minimum 1 year experience showing excellent application skills; ScheduAll, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Compass
