JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy of sales records through working special projects to test and quality check tools and processes prior to production and documenting results and recommendations. The Sales Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate project tasks by reviewing and checking order data and tool compliance. This role will support the Sales Operation teams to reduce order fallout, time to sale and support process and policy development and rollout.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Subject matter expert for Sales Operations. Maintain knowledge of sales order processing, products and services. Remain current on changes in the service pricing, organizational changes, sales processes and sales promotions. Reviews processes for compliance to ensure tool and policy compliance.
Provide program support for programs including but not limited to Agent Referral Program, National Accounts billing support, Data and system maintenance programs, Create/run reports to ensure quality checks and policy compliance.
Systems and process development support, support billing system conversions, acquisition and divestitures support, system migration support, validate training programs, perform system and tool testing for process and policy compliance, support the Project Management team with user acceptance testing.
Perform other duties as requested by Manager.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to demonstrate courtesy and patience in customer relations
Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while working calmly, quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with co-workers, customers, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
Proven communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish rapport
Effective team player with proven ability to work with all levels and departments across the organization

Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time
Knowledge and ability to demonstrate the proficient use of a computer and the software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, billing systems (CSG), Company website)
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
College course work in related field or equivalent work experience

CSG or other billing system experience 2
Experience with Salesforce platform or similar application 2
Sales support experience 2
