Job Summary:
This individual will work directly with Senior Account Executives to grow revenue by developing and building cohesive, creative media plans, presentation materials and recaps for local and multi market campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality marketing materials backed by the data and insights needed to effectively market Company products
• Acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with sales material creation, marketing communications, sponsorship proposals & recaps.
• Works directly with client to fulfill campaign expectations (ie gather digital assets, required legal approvals, copy, etc)
Qualifications/Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
• Experience in, or understanding of Media, Marketing or a related field
• Ability to use Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of research and applicable use of marketing tools licensed by Company
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with an emphasis on detail
• Excellent organization, planning, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Manages time; prioritizes to insure deadline are met; communicate timelines with strong attention to detail
• Adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with Salesforce or demonstrates ability to learn new systems quickly
• Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
• Actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses professional telephone skills; shows excellent grasp of grammar
• Collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
Work Experience
3-5 years of Marketing and/or Advertising experience that demonstrates the following core competencies:
• Ideation – The creative thinking needed to craft a story/marketing strategy promoting our brand/products/concepts.
• Research
– Ability to provide the data that supports the ideation. Nielsen, Kantar, Internet, etc.
Presentation Development – Strong Powerpoint skills to develop pitch kits and collateral combining the ideation, visuals and supporting research.
Education
• 4-year college degree
