Cumulus San Francisco is hiring a Sales Coordinator with professional, reliable and great organizational skills to support the day-to-day activities of our Sales Team.

Our Opportunity:
General Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to Vice President of Sales, General Sales Manager & Account Executives
• Assist Account Executives with sales orders and traffic/continuity as needed
• Prepares and assembles research reports and client presentations
• Answers phones and types correspondence
• Research merchant/vendor account payments and provide supporting detail
• Maintain / update media kits and cluster information on I Drive
• May require some work/travel outside regular office location and/or extended work hours
• Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• People Skills/Team Player
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Problem solving and prioritizing ability
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines
• Able to identify and communicate information for issues which require escalation
• Strong computer skills without training (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word)
• 2 or more years of sales team support experience
