Summary:
There is an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator on our Kipling team. This role will support the Senior Account Executive with the Amazon account and/or additional accounts. This role is responsible for the following:
• Provide assistance to the Senior Account Executive which including market, sales data/trends, expenses and scheduling.
• Compile current sales data to include weekly sales and stock, monthly item selling and contact sheets.
• Maintain updated bookings reports, availability to sell and key item markdown schedule.
• Develop quarterly market data to include schedule, itinerary, recap worksheets, key listing, core assortment and line lists.
• Compile sales monthly travel schedules.
• Evaluate and examine sales expense reports.
• Collaborate with NY mailroom in distribution of sales samples in NY showroom to road sales team and trade shows.
Experience/Skills:
Educational/Position Requirements:
BA/BS required
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and executional skills
• Strong analytical skills to include working knowledge of retail math.
• Excellent computer skills needed
• Strong ability to multi-task, extremely organized with attention to detail
• High level of initiative (self-motivation)
