DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for drafting deal letters and printing schedules for our Ad Sales team. This role will also be responsible for calculating and entering in estimates, actuals and breakout ratings generated by our Research team into our Sales system. The Sales Assistant will lend support to other team members in regards to checking through inventory changes on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Draft and revise all deal letters
Print Riders
Check previous day’s inventory changes
Calculate and enter estimates, actuals and breakouts for assigned shows
Provide audit support
Assist Sales Planners and Account Executives with client requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
Position requires good organizational skills, good communication skills, basic math skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn about television syndication, sales planning and research. 1-2 years relevant administrative experience and/or internships within the entertainment industry will be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are required.
