The Risk Manager is an integral team member to lead our digital footprint and business transformation. To this end, the Risk Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing and monitoring the Service Management risk practices for new or existing programs.

About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Risk Manager, you will:
- Lead and collaborate on SM internal initiatives as a risk subject matter expert to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities
- Proactively improve control processes to increase team effectiveness and performance while managing operational risks
- Determine, monitor and review risk and opportunities from identification through closure
- Work closely with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Team to formulate and recommend corrective action, intervention and problem solving to senior managers, project managers and SMEs
- Analysis of potential effects of risks and opportunities to cost, schedule and technical performance
- Serve as a consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to risk compliance, its policies, plans and objectives
About You:
You are a fit for the role of Risk Manager, if you have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Risk Management/ Compliance or other Technology/ Service Management related field
- Experience performing or directly supporting risk assessments (internal and external), threat and vulnerability assessments
- Working knowledge of operating systems, business applications, security protocols, etc
- Entrepreneurial approach, innovative, passionate, self-starter
- Proven track success in working with Technology partners (Service Management teams, IT, Enterprise, Business architects, Program managers, etc.)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Good knowledge of Technology compliance principles and risk management frameworks
- Experience working with virtual/global teams, effectively adapting to local operating models and culture.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within the company across all functions with a team-oriented style
