An amazing opportunity is now available for a passionate individual to join the M.A.C Sales Team.
This Sydney based role will assume responsibility for supporting the Sales Function. They will build collaborative relationships with the Head Office Support Team and Instore Retail Teams.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
Ensuring Customer and Market Growth:
◦ Communicates with and maintains solid working relationships with senior management and within internal departments.
Managing Operational Effectiveness:
• Organizes regional and in house sales meetings and annual conferences. This includes arranging hotel accommodations, travel, meeting room set-up, catering, audio-visual equipment, meeting materials, evening events, per diems and taking minutes, etc. Process accounts and communicate spend for budget purposes – looking for opportunities for cost effectiveness.
• Create and coordinate PowerPoint presentations for retail operations team
Improve Business Processes:
◦ Provide sales data as requested by other departments, including target and sales preparation each month for the MROs and SRMs.
◦ Prepare and distribute all business and sales communication to stores and Retail Managers
◦ Establish & maintain spreadsheet reports for retail sales & productivity measures across all store groups nationally comparing forecasted sales targets against previous year’s sales results. Completing all regional reposting where necessary.
