Retail Director Company Factory Stores Russia
Description
Joining the retail team in Russia as Retail Director, reporting into the DOS (Director of Stores) CEE (Central Eastern Europe) & ultimately to the retail DTC division at the European Headquarter, you will be responsible for all store activity of your portfolio of Factory Outlet stores in Russia; managing, driving retail store operational excellence and leading the store teams to strengthen the Company retail brand.
• Develop and deliver strategy and vision for retail stores in your territory.
• Ensure a consistent level of operational standards and performance of retail stores.
• Lead, motivate and develop the territory retail management and teams.
• Organize resources to ensure customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability and growth.
• Oversee the direction of coordinated merchandising and sales efforts across the territory.
• Work with cross functional partners to establish and identify growth opportunities throughout the territory.
• Oversee and orchestrate execution of new stores.
• Execute global strategies and influence and develop regional specific business strategies.
• Provide regional insights on retail performance, relevant market information and opportunities /challenges in order to drive business results.
• Manage financial budgets, including labour costs and expenses to deliver healthy store productivity and profitability.
• Serve as the retail representative on the territory leadership team.
Qualifications
• At least 4/5 years retail field experience of managing a broad portfolio of retail stores.
• International brand experience required.
• Ability to deliver retail operational excellence across a region.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with strong influencing skills.
• Enthusiasm and drive to implement regional initiatives to tight timelines.
• Ability to build relationships with cross functional teams to drive improvements within the region.
• Fluency in Russian and English essential
