The Resource Coordinator is a part of the Professional Services Operations Team with the primary responsibility of coordinating the end-to-end process for contingent resources related to the delivery of professional services and presentations to HMH clients while building expertise in assigned areas to support field resources. The Resource Coordinator processes requests from the services team and sales team on a daily basis in relation (but not limited) to onboarding, system access and resource assets. This role works closely with the services and sales teams, Finance and Indirect Procurement. It also partners with the Operations Specialist Team and Services Enablement while working as a liaison to the vendor for payroll processing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain superior quality of work
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Physical Requirements:
• Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing).
• The person in this position needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams and as well as work independently
• Ability to travel (up to 10%)
