Position Title: Relationship Manager
Location:Philadelphia, PA
Purpose: Key member of our Global Managed Services Program, responsible for identifying and developing relationships with VCG Program Manager, Program team members, and Client Hiring Managers, to fill job requisitions for temporary or contract resources. Relationship Managers must possess a desire for success, a competitive spirit, perseverance, tenacity, a professional manner, excellent listening skills, and be well organized. The overall goal is to consult with the customer to ensure full utilization of the staffing program, drive competitive bid and continually improve customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Works with Program Manager to develop assigned Business Units (admin, insurance adjusters, professional, finance) to their fullest potential
• Acts as main point of contact for temporary contract resource requests and placements
• Responsible for training and educating all assigned users (hiring manager, suppliers) on the MSP process and relays benefits
• Reviews resumes and negotiates bill rates as necessary to present the Manager with the most qualified candidates at the best rates
• Solicits feedback on presented resumes from Managers and disseminates that feedback as necessary
• Effectively communicates with Suppliers in the expedition of orders for temporary contract resources
• Timecard/Invoice resolution
• Ensure fiscal and ethical standards are met
• Works to exceed MSP program specific SLA's by ensuring timely, quality focused customer service
• Ensure all processes and procedures and best practices are documented accurately
• Provide seamless support to MSP programs
• Provide accurate and timely requested reporting
• Ensures adherence and compliance to safety training, policies, procedures and is an advocate for safety in the workplace

• Reviews and interprets reports from the Web-Based System
• Works in conjunction with the Global Program Manager to develop penetration strategies to increase new business
• Marketing the program to Managers and Associate Suppliers
• Responsible for arranging, overseeing, and/or leading some of the training for the MSP team
• Develop and assist, as required, in problem solving strategies for client or VMS technology issues
• Assist and drive business development, strategic and revenue generating opportunities
• Frequent travel between Customer sites is required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Very Customer Solution based (Proactive, energetic, eager, solutions oriented)
• Ability to successfully communicate - both verbal and written
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to efficiently solve problems
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks
• Must work independently and be self-directed
• Experience managing personnel in remote locations
• Experience planning for multi-site, multi country locations
• Previous experience in Strategic Planning, Managed Programs, VMS technologies
• BA/BS or equivalent
• Must be flexible in working reasonable overtime as required.
• Must be fluent in MSP/VMS/RPO/Contingent labor space
