The Opportunity
The Regional Director of Commercial Services Operations & PMO is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the Company commercial organization, by leading cross-functional teams and conducting in-depth analysis to design and implement optimal organizational solutions, tools, processes, and learnings.
Commercial activities accountable by this role include monitoring the commercial services strategic initiative roadmap & project pipeline, identifying and developing end-to-end process improvements, designing onboarding learning strategies, leading demand performance improvements, managing the Sales & Events tool landscape and rollout, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders, and managing the financial budget/forecast process.

The Role
•Responsible for overall coordination, planning, and teamwork assignment for cross-functional project-oriented work efforts; in charge of project prioritization, tracking key milestones, and delivering communications.
•Connect project management standards and templates with Global CS & FORG; organize project-related governance models, and facilitate sharing of resources and tools.
•Focus team activities to drive long-term, big-picture outcomes; lead the CS team to achieve optimal structures, ensuring productivity, time management, and quality improvements.
•Investigate existing processes and analyze business needs/goals to recommend enhanced solutions; design and re-engineer business procedures, building best practice techniques and methodologies to ensure commercial execution efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
•Minimum 10 years of hotel experience including sales with select hotels and full-service hotels
•Minimum of 5 years director of sales experience
•Strong knowledge of transient, group, and leisure segments
•Strong knowledge of all commercial services disciplines
•Multiple hotel/brand/regional experience is a plus
•Franchise experience above property or at another brand
•Project Management implementation necessary
Experience Preferred:
•Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Sales, or Business required
•Envision, Thoughtspot, Ideas, Tableau, Cvent, and Company experience a plus
