The Primary Purpose: Based in London and reporting to the Vice President of Company International, the Regional Brand Director for EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) is responsible for driving sales, business development, retail presentation, training and brand building activities in designated markets. The Regional Brand Director for EMEAI is a strong leader who is able to influence internal and external partners to drive business initiatives. He / she is a strategic thinker who is able to solve problems with an analytical approach, provide recommendations and take decisions. He / she is able to gather and challenge information from different sources to make clear and impactful decisions in a timely manner. The Regional Brand Director for EMEAI will develop strong business relationships externally and internally to gain support and cooperation to drive the business forward.

Own and drive the business:
◦ Responsible for achieving retail sales (comp and total sales), shipments and for delivering on business development objectives
◦ Responsible for Regional P&L
◦ Market expert to have ability to report on all key market developments including overall consumer and regional market trends and partner with Consumer Research and distributors on any consumer research activities.
◦ Develop multi-year business strategy for regions
◦ Build & nurture relationship with distributors, landlords, travel retail operators and airport authorities and influence them so that they understand and further embrace the Company brand vision
◦ Manage Distributor Relationships for accounts
◦ Key liaison between Company and the Distributor to ensure alignment of Company brand objectives
◦ Direct accounts orientation as well as continued learning and education
◦ Own in-store execution: Product Assortment, Visual Merchandising, Environment, and Staff Knowledge
◦ Own monthly quarterly business reviews.
◦ Own ensuring self and direct report has knowledge of product and all Company standards.
◦ Monitor & follow up on key strategies (new introductions, product category initiatives, sales promotion, VM enhancements).
Sales and Marketing:
◦ Develop seasonal sales strategies, initiatives around key holidays to drive incremental business.
◦ Partner with Finance to develop annual plans, monthly estimates and OTB as well as risks & opportunities
◦ Negotiate with accounts optimal inventory levels
◦ Partner with Buying Team to optimize product offer
◦ Identify and champion communication to Buying Team and Global Merchandising of large product development opportunities.
◦ Drive Seasonal Markets: communicate Company strategy, initiatives and goals and ensure there is alignment with distributors
◦ Negotiate with accounts for Marketing Plans, strategy & budget in alignment with the Company Global Campaign & contractual agreements with the intention of maximizing sales results and driving Company Brand Building
◦ Drive CRM including partnering with distributors to develop systematic name capture and leverage databases to drive Sales and Customer loyalty.
◦ Manage all aspects of 4-Wall management, including setting training and store visit priorities from Area Managers
Business Development
◦ Responsible for identifying potential partners and locations, initiating discussions, and participating in negotiations to establish businesses in new territories and channels.
◦ Serve as lead on cross-functional team aimed at setting up the infrastructure including organization, systems and processes for growth in new markets.
◦ Own new business development process, including senior management approvals, with distributors and internal partners
◦ Partner with Architecture, Construction and VM on development and execution of New Doors as well as renewal/expansion of existing doors.
◦ Negotiate contract renewals with distributor as appropriate.
◦ Monitor development/expansion of the competition in respective markets.
Business Management
◦ Participate in Project team meetings, coordinate execution and implementation cross functionally.
◦ Manage issues on the ground and drive resolution with the Distributor.
◦ Frequent travel to key markets to support retail execution, training and to build distributors relationships.
Team Leadership
◦ Manage three direct reports
◦ Attract, develop and retain strong Sales team and create strong bench for Company.
◦ Lead cross-functional partners for supporting initiatives
◦ Model Situational Leadership through continuous coaching, feedback and support.
The accomplished individual will possess...
• 8 - 12 years work experience with International Wholesale and Retail business
• Ability to Travel over 50% of the time to the markets
• Frequent travel to Saudi Arabia will be required
• Ability to successfully work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proven ability to drive business initiatives and dynamic business models
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in building strategic plans and developing new businesses
• Experience developing and leading a high performance team
• Strong collaborator and team player
• MBA is a plus
