Job Summary:
The Regional Account Executive identifies and develops new business opportunities within their defined territory/region, maintains and builds existing client relationships while closing business and meeting established sales goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet and exceed established sales quotas to maximize revenue in airport advertising programs
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients within assigned portfolio of airports / regional territory
• New business prospecting and development, including cold calling and scheduling face to face meetings
• Delivers effective sales presentation and airport walk throughs
• Work collaboratively with internal and external sales/operations team to ensure client satisfaction
• Travel is a requirement, mainly by automobile or airplane, to meet with clients
• Occasion travel to Allentown, Pennsylvania office for training
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Strong ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Networking platforms
• Strong client relationship-building skills and customer service
• Excellent communication skills required; verbal, written, and presentation
• Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Negotiation and closing proficiency
• Independent, self-motivated, competitive, and assertive
• Must possess a valid drivers’ license with safe driving record
• Must be able to pass a 10 year criminal FBI background check
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years advertising sales experience is preferred, but not required
EDUCATION
• High school diploma, college degree preferred
