- Schedule: Full-time Days Some afternoon/evening hours would typically be required for outpatient therapy. 2 days with PM hours, until 7pm or late
- Hospital: AMITA Medical Plaza- a mix of in person visits and telehealth. Hybrid work arrangements are possible
- Location: Hoffman Estates, IL

Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic psychological counseling.
- Assess a patient's psychological status and provide appropriate interventions and treatments.
- Collaborate with nursing and ancillary service to provide appropriate psychological therapy for patient.
- Refer patients to other disciplines for consult and evaluations as indicated.
- Provide psychological expertise and education to multidisciplinary team.
- Act as resource to other disciplines.
- Communicate complex/sensitive information to patients and medical team.
- Administer and interpret psychological tests used for diagnosing mental and personality disorders and differentiating between organic and functional cases of behavior disorders.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist required required.
Education:
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) required.
