Primary Purpose:
The Project Manager, Print Production is responsible for overseeing and scheduling print projects from inception to final release. Scope of projects includes but not limited to Advertising, Outdoor/Billboards, Direct Mail, Store Graphics and quarterly signage rollouts. This position reports to the Senior Director.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Project Management to...
• Act as Lead departmental liaison within Marketing Operations team, creating and managing schedules to ensure that all due dates are met.
• Work with internal Producers to make sure all information is provided from internal clients to initiate a project.
• Route print projects within Marketing Operations team, to Creative team and to internal clients, obtaining approvals.
• Work with Creative to ensure that all print production specs on projects routing are correct to ensure materials are produced with accuracy.
• Coordinate retouching and review color proofs with Creative team and Senior Production as needed.
• Work with studio team to ensure that all necessary information is provided to release jobs to vendors for production.
• Lead weekly status meetings with account managers, production and creative teams to ensure that projects are on track.
• Maintain and distribute daily project priority list and weekly status report.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have strong sense of urgency.
• Experience with developing comprehensive schedules and timelines for multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with a Mac to create PDFs and Jpegs.
An outstanding professional will have…
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of production or project coordination or related creative services experience.
• Fashion/accessory industry, preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite and Filemaker Pro.
