ROLE
The Associate Producer is responsible for the planning, implementation and tracking of a specific part of the project, while ensuring that the teams involved have optimal working conditions to reach the production objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Takes ownership of a specific part of the game in terms of production and communication to different stakeholders (internal and external)
• Participates in the strategic and tactical planning process & assumes ownership of the planning and progress vs. plan
• Monitors progress, provides regular overview, forecast potential deviation and provides regular follow-ups to project stakeholders
• Participates in quality reviews of the work completed on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Identifies and analyzes risks and project priorities, suggests alternative solutions and monitors their implementation
• Acts as interface between different stakeholders in the project, in order to ensure that activities are aligned and implemented effectively
• Collaborates with other managers to motivate and inspire team members, while encouraging creativity and team spirit
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Is able to create a project planning for the whole team
• Has very good knowledge of the whole game (project) and produces reports on regular basis
• Is able to implement a contingency action plan
• Has very good knowledge of planning and monitoring tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira) + communication tools (sharepoint) and can suggest the tools best adapted to the team
• Knows how to build a budget
• Understands the interactions between the different jobs on a project
• Ability to work with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes
• Can quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with managers, peers and reports
• Ability to give negative feedback constructively & respectfully, in a way which enables a future resolution to issues
• Is able to redefine objectives
• Is able to coach less experienced people
• Articulate, organized, and accessible
• Excellent self-management
• Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to motivate and inspire others to generate new ideas
• Excellent command of English
