Summary:
We are working to better connect our various HQ office locations at Company and are looking for an expert Digital Project Manager to help us manage the digital communications work required to ensure consistency and aligned communications across all digital touchpoints in HQ office locations.
This person will work hand-in-hand with internal communications, IT, facilities, administrative services and other internal partners to coordinate successful execution of digital assets across our HQ campus to promote various initiatives such as all-employee broadcasts, companywide announcements, events and more. In addition, the person will work closely with our Technology + Product (T+P) teams in the Company Technology Center as digital screens in that building allow for customized digital signage depending on the team's needs. The role requires balancing HQ-specific communications to ensure consistent communication and promotion across campus as well as being able to provide tailored support to the T+P teams as needed. Our digital communication channels digital signage in particular are one of the most important ways we communicate to all HQ employees.
This role also involves being a content strategist and critical to the success of that role is consistently maintaining the integrity of Company's content strategy. Content oversight is equally important to the responsibilities required as a project manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience juggling multiple projects at once with a meticulous attention to detail. The role requires someone who can both think strategically and execute flawlessly, with an eye towards improving operational efficiency and always being mindful of visually-engaging content. The ideal candidate is diplomatic, working across several internal groups and external vendors to properly plan, meet deadlines and maximize results for the team.
Key Deliverables:
-Work with the internal communications and other internal partners to support successful execution of digital signage across all HQ campus locations (Company Center, 1500 Market, Two Logan, Three Logan and in 2018, the Company Technology Center). Ensure the signage meets brand standards, aligns with HQ-specific designs and is created in advance of key internal deadlines in a fast-paced environment with an ever-increasing number of initiatives to communicate.
-Provide project management support for the administrative services team. Work hand-in-hand with the administrative services team and facilities team on all digital signage needs across our HQ office locations.
-Work with designated product owners to deliver project roadmaps and associated strategies to ensure a successful, engaged HQ employee audience.
-Provide project management support across the entire portfolio of digital communications priorities. Work with internal partners to establish a HQ campus-wide digital signage strategy. This includes working with key internal partners to create an editorial calendar and ensure signage is coordinated in advance, meets brand standards and is posted by its respective deadline. Responsible for relevant, timely and reliable distribution of signage.
Core Responsibilities:
-Responsible for creating a digital signage strategy to align all visual communications across our HQ office locations prior to the opening of the Company Technology Center. As part of the strategy, the person will create digital signage templates for HQ-wide communications and customizable digital signage templates for Technology + Product (T+P) teams. Serve as lead for all digital signage needs across all HQ office locations.
-Work closely with members of our IT team, administrative services team, facilities team, T+P team and internal communications teams to create a cohesive digital signage strategy. Establish a close partnership to better understand their challenges, get approvals as required and propose smart solutions that drive business results.
-Work with internal communications partners as digital signage resource to strengthen internal communications and employee engagement.
-Identify any inconsistent signage and work with those parties to make sure the signage is consistent with the brand standards/approved templates.
-Consult with internal partners who have digital signage needs and help them create signage that's aligned with the digital communications strategy and approved signage templates.
-Serve as primary liaison to corporate IT, internal communications, administrative services, facilities and external vendors (as required), working closely with them to determine product roadmaps, deployment schedules and appropriate budgets.
-Have a strong understanding of UX and a good design/graphic aesthetic.
-Stay ahead of the latest trends and developments in digital communications to continually improve our digital signage efforts and increase employee awareness and engagement. This can be done through ongoing professional development and industry associations, conferences and a genuine passion for learning. In addition, develop new uses and requirements for digital tools and work with developers and relevant internal teams so that they can make the tools and the content better.
-Establish metrics and performance standards in support of a HQ-wide digital signage program to be able to measure trends and determine what content resonates most with HQ employees. Enable data driven decision making and clear measures of progress.

Qualifications:
-8-12 years of Project Management experience with prior experience in running large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
-Strong UX experience.
-Previous technology vendor management experience.
-Experience with project management software.
-Experience working with multiple clients on digital communications system integrations.
-Ability to think creatively about change management, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement in an organization with remote employees.
-Possess superior interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
-Exhibit sophistication and savvy to partner and advise senior leadership. Demonstrated relationship management/partnership skills.
-Develop collaborative relationships with people across a variety of areas within and external to the organization to ensure positive business outcomes.
-Demonstrated ability to drive results (reliable, proactive, able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment).
-Ability to adapt to changing conditions, new ways of thinking, and perceptions, in a variety of situations and with various individuals and groups.
-YCD experience is a plus.
-Project management certification is a plus.
-Experience with project managing product releases/deployments. Technology or communications product experience is a plus.
-Graphic design experience is a plus.
Familiarity with software deployment/delivery methodologies such as Agile is a plus, but not required.
-Bachelor's Degree.

• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
