Company is a learning science company that delivers personalized learning experiences that help students, parents, educators and professionals drive results. Company has offices across North America, India, China, Europe, the Middle East and South America, and makes its learning solutions available in nearly 60 languages.
Due to our growth and objective to become the market leader in digital learning, we are currently involved in a project to implement a new, global, Order-to-Cash system to align out back end processes with our digital learning strategy. We are now seeking a dedicated Project Managerto work closely with the Program Manager on providing accurate and timely support to help drive the successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities include –
• undertaking all aspects of project management and driving tasks/phases to a successful conclusion
• supervising the coordination of a multi-functional project team, under the direction of the program manager
• carrying out general project administration tasks, (scheduling and running meetings, developing presentations, record keeping and arranging training), using a variety of software applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• actively participate in project phase activities such as Conference Room Pilots, Testing & Training
• acting as primary contact between the Program Manager and the remote Spain and Italy teams
The project is scheduled to last one year so we are offering a 12 month fixed term contract. It is likely, towards summer 2017, the project will focus on South America and there might be the opportunity for the successful candidate to relocate to Mexico City.
You should consider whether a move to Mexico City is possible before applying.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the competence to work on their own initiative in a pressurised environment and remotely from the core project team.
Key Requirements include –
• good project management experience
• fluent in Spanish and English
• experience of working in a technology focused project would be advantageous
• the ability to communicate at all levels in a fast paced environment
