As our Project Coordinator, you'll assume responsibility for coordinating all aspects of service projects, under the expert direction of a Project Manager or Project Manager Sr. Your role will require dynamic facilitation and coordination of documented objectives, ensuring financial accountability and timely service level project delivery for our Services resources and other project staff. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager(s) with the adherence and documentation of process and procedures.
- Act as liaison and/or interface to different business units.
- Assist Project Manager(s) with billing.
- Create and organize weekly resource install packets and update Meeting Minutes.
- Maintain Metric/SLA reports, project files, and Workbook.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports from Excel for clients and Company.
What you’ll need to succeed
- High school diploma or GED combined with at least 1 year of project coordination experience OR Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to multitask and manage complex client engagements.
- Strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues and work with large groups across multiple locations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel formula creation and use for scheduling and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to effectively respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
