Job Description
Project Coordinator(Fundraising Events)
The Fundraising Events team is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its collective efforts.
The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Associate Director, Fundraising Events, and will assist the Fundraising Events team in managing the daily administrative and operational responsibilities needed to help the team and programs run efficiently.
The Fundraising Events team is responsible for Company’s signature events: Cycle for Survival and Fred’s Team.

You will:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Fundraising Events team and ensure day-to-day needs are met
- Manage the main inbox and phone lines for Cycle for Survival and Fred’s Team
- Assist with data and project management, including trackers, reports, and all ad-hoc requests
- Maintain and update constituent pipelines across Microsoft Access, Luminate Online and CRM
- Assist in the team’s daily operations, including but not limited to supply ordering, gear shipments, team meeting set up, mailings, and travel arrangements
- Create and maintain Excel templates and other team resources
- Manage meeting agendas and scheduling
- Assist with gift processing for Fundraising Events, including posting donations, assisting with gift-related questions, and tracking incoming donations
- Liaise with the Matching Gifts team to process matches for Cycle for Survival and Fred’s Team
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support for Fundraising Events colleagues
- Proactively take on new responsibilities as they arise
You are:
- Self-motivated and curious; the ideal candidate would succeed when working independently and as part of a team
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Proactive
- An effective communicator
- Willing to tackle any task
You have:
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with Luminate Online, Blackbaud, CRM and/or Microsoft Access is a plus
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Please note: This position will require occasional evening and weekend work for events.
Pay Range $60,000.00-$93,100.00
