Job Summary:
The Program Manager, Mobile will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution and management of Clear Channel Outdoor’s mobile advertising business unit. This role will interface closely with the Clear Channel’s mobile inventory supplier as well as CCO’s sales operations, research, sales and campaign planning teams.
Responsibilities:
• Day to day management of mobile campaigns, working closely with CCO’s external mobile vendor to ensure campaign fulfillment from proposal to campaign delivery to post-campaign reporting.
• Work closely with local and national sales and marketing teams to facilitate sale of mobile campaigns as part of CCO’s OOH offering.
• Work with financial departments to enhance invoicing, revenue reporting and other related processes between CCO, mobile vendor and clients.
• Identify customer & partner needs to prioritize internal and partner product roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on assistance with any escalations as they pertain to ad implementation, creative issues and troubleshooting, ad tagging, third party integrations, inventory and/or campaigns delivery discrepancies.
• Liaise with and educate the extended sales, operations and marketing teams around the landscape and value of mobile.
• Assist with the ongoing evaluation of mobile technology partners to ensure CCO’s mobile offering remains competitive and industry-leading
Job Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field.
• Advance degree preferred.
Work Experience
• At least three years working in a mobile-heavy or mobile-centric role, working with mobile technology (i.e., platforms, products, and monetization) and managing ad campaigns.
• Understanding of the principles of ad serving, analytics, programmatic, RTB / DSPs / SSPs / DMPs
Skills
• Deep knowledge of common ad serving and mobile DSPs.
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Solid understanding of relevant campaign metrics, including conversion tracking.
• Strong organizational / time management skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
• Have a collaborative and professional style with the objective of building strong relationships with diverse colleagues, customer groups and vendors.
• Be a self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.

• Advanced technology skills and well-versed in Microsoft applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media platforms.
Other Requirements
• 10-15% of time will be travelling to client meetings and industry events
