Production Coordinator, Men's, LA

Organizational Structure:
The Production Coordinator, Men’s reports to the Director of Production.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Director of Production on daily projects related to production matters
• Prepare seasonal T&A for merchandising based on fabric qualities/allocation
• Coordinate with Product Development, Design and Tech to review production standards
• Send vendor buy charts including style, description, content, target price, and target delivery
• Coordinate with Logistics to verify duty and freight rates for each style
• Review and approve/comment on technical mock ups with Design and Tech
• Track weekly WIP’s from all vendors to ensure they are on time with schedule
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure delivery meets company requirements and is within our delivery time frame
• Coordinate with Quality Control regarding any issues with stock garments received
• Alert vendors of any problem with bulk shipment received in COI
• Perform additional duties and assignments, as requested
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of work experience in apparel production
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel, and EBS.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet all objectives
• This position requires incumbent to establish effective work relationships across multiple levels and functions
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team
• Must feel comfortable and confident in personal ability to influence and interact at all levels of the organization with demonstrated success in both written and verbal communication
• Must have excellent communication, analytical, decision making, trouble-shooting and interpersonal skills.
