Overall Purpose:
The Production Assistant will work assisting the Senior Production Manager and the wider production team to deliver all of the events as required on the Corporate Event Calendar. Typically work will be office based but you will be expected to, at times, work from a temporary office on site, attend site visits and meetings elsewhere and travel to meet suppliers or collect or deliver items.

Key Responsibilities:
SHOWS
Production Support for Showprep / Show Logistics / Show Backstage:
• Supporting with 4th Floor Showprep from operational (setup / de-rig), to coordinating (scheduling, budgeting, communicating)
• General show space logistics – organising couriers per the master schedule
• Production build assistance: Set-up of backstage, performer green rooms and co-ordination of all onsite backstage production kit.
• Backstage Collection setup, Backstage CB / Design team support before and during Show, general support to backstage management team
• Place orders for equipment as required
EVENTS – HFH CAMPUS & LONDON STORES
Support the lead producer with Corporate HFH Events:
• Supporting with all internal events at HFH from brief to delivery including communication of all schedules, floorplans and critical paths to all stakeholders as required
• Supporting coordination of crews, key suppliers, event space staff and internal departments to ensure production set-ups, builds and de-rigs are executed to plan
• Supporting with offsite event activity across London stores including Regent Street, Bond Street, Knightsbridge and Thomas’s Cafe.
OFFICE & STORAGE
• Keeping an up to date inventory of various prop storage facilities within the office space and external warehouse.
• Assist preparing registration documents for new suppliers
• Create event databases and systems for filing event documentation
• Keep the production Dropbox up to date
• Assist the production managers with issues as they arise
• Assist with other tasks as reasonably requested
• Travel coordination for Event Production team
• CONCUR expenses
• Logistics (UPS and local couriers)
Experience:
• Technical Production experience
• Event Production experience
• Creative Suite or Photoshop knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• MS Office proficient
